WHITE GLOVE WEDDING WEEKEND RATE: $5,800.00

All receptions held between late April and mid November are hosted on the main lawn under our custom tent. The tent fee is $1,800.00

CATERING COSTS ARE SEPERATE FROM THE VENUE RENTAL FEE.

DETAILS

•  Unheard of 48 Hour Access to the venue. You may begin your reception as early as you would like. Receptions end at 10:00 PM Saturday evening.

•  You receive a key to the mansion at 12:00 PM on Friday.

•  Larger weddings (over 60 guests) and all weddings held during the warmer months (May through November) are hosted on the lawn overlooking the gorgeous Susquehanna River . Winter rates apply toward smaller weddings hosted inside in the colder months (December through April).

•  The lawn is equipped with a custom designed, architecturally flattering tent and outdoor flooring. The tent includes chapel window sidewalls and lighting at no additional cost. The tent package, if rented separately, would normally cost $4,300.00 alone. However, we have entered into a long-term rental to save couples money. This means you pay a fraction of the normal cost ($1,800.00) to host an amazing garden wedding on the river in what is essentially an outdoor, open-air ballroom. This expense will be billed for through the Milestone Inn contract.

•  You purchase your own alcohol for your reception. This means there is no outlandish bar tab at the end of the evening. The Inn's designated caterer, Stock's on 2nd if fully insured for liqour liability and will provide bar tenders for your event through their seperate contract with you. Enjoy the tremendous cost savings!

•  Your wedding experience also includes full use of the mansion with its luxuriously appointed overnight rooms for two nights. There are four guest rooms which hold double occupancy for a maximum of eight adults. Per fire code regulations, during the reception second floor guest rooms are designated for your overnight guests only and not as general gathering space; however, the first floor of the mansion is available to all of your guests. Checkout for overnight guests is not until 12:00 PM on Sunday. During this time, your family and friends may return to help you load your belongings and depart.

•  You may hold your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and a bridal brunch/departure party during your weekend wedding at no additional venue cost. Remember, the Milestone Inn becomes yours so there is never an additional fee to use the Inn and grounds for multiple wedding activities.

•  You will receive extraordinary food and beverage service through the Inn's designated caterer, Stock's on 2nd. The caterer will work closely with you and will contract separately with you for all related catering costs.

•  A leisurely, informal breakfast is provided Saturday morning for overnight guests. This allows the Bride and/or Groom and other overnight guests to have breakfast as your schedule permits.

•  A full, formal breakfast is served Sunday morning for overnight guests or you may work with the caterer to offer a bridal brunch and invite your distinguished guests back to the mansion for a departure party.

•  Your wedding package also includes round-the-clock staffing by Inn personnel as well as immediate access to the owners who are available and accessible during the wedding weekend. The owners' private cell phone number is also provided to each contracted wedding couple.

•  Further, to assist you on your wedding day, a private butler is assigned to each wedding couple to enhance your White Glove Weekend experience.

•  You will receive a list of Participating Vendors who enjoy working at the Milestone Inn. Each Vendor (Florist, Disc Jockey, Bakery, Photographer, Local Brewery, Nearby Hotel/Motel, Party Rental Company, Wedding Coordinator, and others) was carefully selected by the owners and each has agreed to put cash back in your pocket. They offer special discounts to Milestone Inn couples only and you'll love the savings in store for you if you choose to work with these well-known professionals!

•  The most important detail of all is you. The Milestone Inn is deeply committed to working with each couple and we look forward to serving you.

Pennslyvania Hotel Occupancy Tax (6%) and Dauphin County Hotel Occupancy Tax (5%) must be applied and collected according to State and County regulations.

This package is effective September 22, 2008 and applies to all contracts signed after this date.
