The Grace Room is the only room located on the South Wing. It is the largest room with a wrought iron and crystal chandelier, a dark mahogany half-tester bed, matching armoire and a carved, tall chest of drawers. The bed is appointed in silk linens and matching silk canopy.
The Grace Room has a wonderful river view which also overlooks the front lawn. A generous sitting room is connected with an ivory suede sofa, 20 inch flat screen television, high speed internet access and French doors which lead to a wonderful private bath.
The private bath is tiled in black and white subway tiles with a patterned tile floor, air bath Jacuzzi tub and two wall height dressing mirrors.
The sitting room's pull out sofa bed can accommodate one child under 12.
