The Inn is furnished in keeping with the glamour of the early 1920's with furniture acquired from Addey’s International and various estates throughout Europe. The well-crafted interior design nods toward the rural architecture and styling of Normandy following World War I. It is a step apart from a typical bed & breakfast in that it leans more toward the “boutique hotel” feel as it offers upscale lodging along with open and generous space to accommodate the meeting needs of both large and small groups.
The Innkeepers have carefully designed an Inn which can serve as a private mansion to host events ranging from weddings to corporate functions and fundraisers. The Milestone Inn is a gathering place in its truest sense and does not operate under the pressures of time blocks or additional fees for using the property's utilities, belongings and rooms. An all-inclusive price is set based on the function being planned and based on the customer's needs.
The Inn boasts a sprawling ground floor interior which is well-positioned to host parties, celebrations and meetings. Four spacious bedrooms each with private baths occupy the 2nd story. The bedrooms are appointed in luxury silk linens and guests receive turndown service complete with ice, chocolates and complimentary beverages along with personal concierge service. The mansion also cradles a large lawn, copper pavilion and private courtyard to further expand its hospitality.
