The Milestone Inn offers two Meeting/Event packages to choose from.

Meeting space at the Milestone Inn is priced at an hourly rate. In addition, there is no minimum guest count required. The Milestone Inn is a special event venue and as such much time is dedicated to each important meeting and/or special occasion. As the entire Inn is blocked to other customers during your event, a minimum of two hours is required to reserve the venue for your function.

Meeting/Event Package One

Entire 1st Floor: Rate of $200.00 per hour plus applicable tax.

One hour of complimentary set-up time is provided.

Meeting/Event Package Two

Entire 1st Floor & Grounds (including Copper Pavilion & Courtyard areas): Rate of $200.00 per hour plus applicable tax. Events hosted at the Inn from May through November require an additional $500.00 tent rental fee.

One hour of complimentary set-up time is provided.

Lodging Package

The overnight lodging rooms are available in conjunction with the above packages. All four rooms must be reserved. The package fee is $1,000.00 plus applicable tax which includes full breakfast service. All accommodations are luxuriously furnished and include ESA bath amenities, fine silk linens and plush towels. Additional guest room features include 20 inch flat screen televisions, private baths, iron/boards, hairdryers, and alarm clocks. Twice daily housekeeping is provided complete with turndown service. Self-serve coffee stations are available in each room.
